Yesterday, I was in a bit of a slump lately, and I know that I need to start a routine to better my life. This week I have set the goal of waking up at 7 am, going to the office, and eating healthy. I know if I put these things together, it will lead to other useful things. Setting up a routine or plan of going to the gym, being more efficient and productive at work.

I have been doing well so far, waking up early and getting to the office. I have even made it to the gym two times per day. But I need to get more work done. I know this is going to be difficult, especially since I have been living a sedentary lifestyle. Especially for me, I am not one to live life through a strict routine. 

However, I know this isn’t easy, but I also think it will be crucial to the man I am becoming. I am tired of wasting so much of my time. I know I have so much potential, yet I have unfortunately lacked ambition for a long time. I know that being complacent can lead to huge shortcoming as far as reaching potential. 

Adhering to this routine is going to help me in many facets of my life. I know if I am more productive with work, it will translate to more positivity in my personal life. I have not only the opportunity to fulfill all my potential, but also I have the resources. I am blessed with the people that are in my life who support me and assist me in realizing these goals. If I don’t take advantage of these opportunities and resources, it will be disappointing when I look back on my life. It may seem a bit dramatic, but I know and see the full importance of this routine.
